This site was created and is maintained by a non-technical person in his spare time. It would be great if you are willing to help with any of the following:
(1) Spread the word. Tell friends/family/facebook contacts, etc. Help design a one-page pamphlet advertising the site for distribution to fair-minded businesses and organizations.
(2) Add interactivity to this website. I'm not a technical person but would like to take the Excel spreadsheet that I have and make it into a searchable database that allows users to filter resorts and create printer-friendly reports. Note: the site is on a Windows server with ASP.NET.
(3) Improve the appearance of this website: Create a logo, improve the site design, etc.
(4) Provide additional information on businesses. In some cases, the business name is unfamiliar but owns other businesses that are familiar.
(5) Research large donations that might be business-related. Some donations did not list an employer but are so large (tens of thousands of dollars) that they merit taking the time to manually search for more information.
(6) Help compile the "good" list. I also have Excel files for donors to No on 8 and would like to create a list of supportive businesses that deserve our support. This will require the same time-consuming manual parsing that I had to go through for the bigots list and I'd like some help this time.
(7) Support the broader cause of equality at Join the Impact.
